  • Place all ingredients into a blender and blend well.

  • Combine all ingredients (except seed and nut granola ingredients) in a blender and blend until smooth.  Pour into a bowl and set aside in refrigerator

  • Line mini muffin tin with paper liners and set aside

  • Put a small sauce pot over low heat and add the coconut oil, cocoa powder, almond butter, chili powder, and stevia.

  • Heat until the coconut oil is melted.  Remove from heat and whisk in the sipping cacao to combine.

  • Spoon the mixture into the paper lined muffin tins and place in refrigerator until the “truffle” bombs are firm, approximately 15 minutes.

  • Transfer the cups to an air tight container and store I freezer until you are ready to eat them
